Digital Delivery Policy

GuideKart products are digital files (typically PDFs) delivered through two channels:

• An immediate download button on the verified success page after payment.
• An email with a secure download link, sent to the address you used at checkout.

Delivery is generally instant and may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases. Download links have an expiry and a per-order download limit.

If your download does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact support@guidekart.in with your order number.
