This Privacy Policy describes how GuideKart ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use https://guidekart.in.

Information we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you place an order.
• Payment metadata (order ID, payment ID, status) processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and user agent, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Aggregate analytics via Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API where enabled.

How we use your information

• To process your order and deliver your digital product.
• To contact you about your order and provide support.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
• To measure marketing performance in a privacy-preserving way (hashed identifiers only).

Sharing

We share limited data only with Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Meta (aggregate advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Order and customer records are retained as long as legally required. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by writing to support@guidekart.in.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@guidekart.in.
