Digital products

All products sold on GuideKart are digital files delivered electronically via a secure download link and email. There is no physical shipment.

License of use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own individual use. Redistribution, resale or public posting is not permitted.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. GuideKart is not liable for issues caused by your bank or payment method.

Content disclaimer

Product content is provided for general educational purposes. It does not guarantee any specific financial, health, relationship, professional or other outcomes and is not a substitute for architectural, structural, legal, financial or medical advice.

Prohibited claims

We do not make claims of guaranteed wealth, guaranteed health improvement, guaranteed relationship improvement, "100% results", or fixed-timeframe guarantees. Any product page that appears to do so should be reported to support@guidekart.in.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideKart's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
